In this fun workshop you and your partner will explore a variety of yoga postures together, useful in pregnancy, but specifically focusing on Labor and Birth pain coping techniques through each phase of the birthing process.
Through breathwork, gentle movements, partner poses, meditation, mindfulness practices, and relaxing hands on assist touch by your labor partner, you will gather more tools in your toolbox for the special day!
Nurture your whole body, build a stronger partnership and connection to one another and your growing baby, and discovering wonderful ways to feel good during this amazing tranformative time is the goal of this workshop.
Please bring a water bottle and a notebook if you desire. We encourage you to always check with your healthcare professional to make sure its okay for you to engage in any physical activity before attending class. No experience necessary.
