If you experience back pain, this workshop is for you!

Learn how you can have a supportive yoga practice for your acute or chronic lower back pain. We will cover how to approach yoga postures in order to release pain and stabilize the area.

In this workshop you will:

  • Learn how to strengthen your lower back & core muscles

  • Practice safe stretches to help take the pinch out of your low back pain

  • Learn preventative things you can do to keep your back from flaring up

  • Receive handouts of stretches so you can continue to work at your own pace at home

  • Discuss considerations for managing lumbar support and stability when sitting for extended periods of time 

This workshop is open to everyone. No prior yoga experience necessary.
