Caregivers - This one’s for YOU! Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness instruction and practices specifically designed for caregivers. Perfect for parents, teachers, nurses, nannies, doctors, companions, and anyone who gives care to anyone in any way.
You spend all of your time literally GIVING care to others. You exhaust yourself to the point of, well, exhaustion - bone-deep exhaustion. It’s time to rest and reset before you burn out (or even if you already have).
Come to this workshop to learn WHY self-care is important, HOW it helps your body and brain, WHAT self-care can be, and WHEN to fit it in to your busy schedule. Using yoga, meditation, and mindfulness as an avenue to explore self-care, we will think, move, and breathe our way to peace. You will leave feeling refreshed and recuperated - and also have some helpful tips about how to keep the burnout at bay.
