In this workshop, you will bring your dreams and desires to life by expressing yourself through the healing practices of journaling, yoga and meditation.
You will be guided through a soulful and slow-flowing yoga practice, allowing you to dive deeper within. Pairing movements & meditation with writing prompts that encourage self-reflection, you will strengthen the power of your intentions.
Writing, yoga or meditation experience is not necessary. Please bring a notebook or journal and your favorite pen!
