Being mindful in the most difficult job there is (parenting, duh) is not easy. But it is well worth it. Mindfulness can help you embrace the joys AND pains of parenting, reconnect your family, and (in my opinion, most importantly), reconnect to yourself.
Come to this open house to visit with like-minded parents and explore opportunities for bringing mindfulness into your life. The Open House provides an overview of what mindfulness is and how it can serve you, a short guided mindfulness meditation, and time for discussion about further opportunities.
Heather is an educator and a mom of two little humans. She thinks that mindfulness and yoga help save and preserve her sanity.
Heather has tons of practical tools, loads of research, and endless compassion to help you manage life in this crazy world.
