In this workshop, you will:
Explore the fundamentals of yoga
Learn beginner poses and principles of alignment
Practice simple breathing techniques
Discuss common misconceptions about yoga
Build your strength, flexibility and confidence
This class will end with a relaxing guided meditation. Yoga is a practice that’s available to everyone, no matter your level of fitness, health, or flexibility – there are NO prerequisites!
