In this workshop, you’ll learn practical tools to cultivate balance when faced with day-to-day challenges by working on calming the nervous system. Through gentle movement, breathing techniques, mindfulness practices and restorative poses you will explore how to fend off feelings of stress and promote emotional balance throughout the entire holiday season.
This class is for all levels, no previous yoga experience is necessary.
