Be where your feet are.
Whether you’re with your kids for 5 minutes or for 5 hours, being present makes your time together deeply matter. Being present with your child strengthens your bond - and that is an invaluable gift.

Each week you will learn a different aspect of Mindfulness and how to apply it directly (and immediately) to your life as a parent. Though mindfulness often has a ripple effect to those around you (yes, your kids, your spouse, and maybe even your pets will feel the zen) this focus group is for YOU.
